Chakras

Research shows Chakra is a Sanskrit term that translates circle or wheel and there are many philosophies and theory that surrounds it. In the ancient times it is a traditional way of elevating the mind from the real world to explore in the spiritual realm and in the end promotes healthy mind, body and spirit. Chakra is a type of meditation which started in India and in most countries like China, it has become an effective alternative medicine for certain physical conditions. Interestingly, in these modern times, it is already one of the services offered in the spas and meditation centres.

The concept of chakra is passed on to generations and also varies in interpretation but with a common goal. Chakras or wheels symbolize endless rotations thus emphasizing continuity. The wheels possess meaningful colours and are located in the significant parts of the body that needs stimulation and/or nourishment, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Each colour of the chakra corresponds to a meaning and locations in the human body. However, these points are intangible and imaginary, they cannot be touched but they can be manifest in the real world through the actions, decisions and way of life. In other words, the Chakra journey leads to spiritual and physical transformation and healing.
